Swallows Rest is a beautiful holiday barn conversion all on ground level, with its exclusive *hot tub and private enclosed garden - ideal for pets, entertaining and simply enjoying the Suffolk countryside and night skies.

The living room and dining area are spacious and bright, with french doors opening out onto the garden and the hot tub. Alternatively, enjoy a cosy evening inside with the wood burner.

The adjoining kitchen is fully-equipped, and there is a large family bathroom also accessible from the living room. Bucks Farm is dog-friendly, and with its enclosed garden, Swallows Rest is ideal for furry family members too!

The cottage sleeps 4 with a twin bedroom, and a double bedroom with en-suite shower room, WC and basin. There is room for a travel cot in either bedroom.

We have travel cots, as well as higchairs, booster seats and other children's equipment available to borrow - please just request when you book.

Swallows Rest holiday barn in Suffolk is a perfect base from which to explore; the market town of Halesworth is nearby, or why not have a day at the Suffolk coast?  Popular seaside towns such as Southwold, Aldeburgh and Thorpeness are within a 20-30 minute drive. If you’re looking for culture, the renowned Snape Maltings hosts a concert hall, galleries, shops, cafes, walks and wildlife.

*Please note: hot tubs are always emptied, cleaned and refilled in preparation for the arrival of new guests, and so may not be hot for your first night.
