There are five self-catering holiday cottages on the farm, created from the old barns and set alongside the original 16th Century Suffolk-pink farmhouse. Beautifully converted to provide you with every modern comfort and convenience, each cottage has a wood burner for cosy winter nights, and their own terrace or garden to entertain and relax outside. Our Swallow’s Rest and Hayloft cottages also have their own hot tubs. We are dog-friendly, so you’re very welcome to bring furry family members too!

Our 5-star converted hay barn, sleeping 4 and set aside from the other cottages, with private hot tub & enclosed garden.
Original features mix with modern furnishings to ensure a focus on comfort. Enjoy the large, airy space inside including a wood burner, perfect for cosy evenings staying in. The outside areas are great for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful countryside and starry Suffolk nights.
Blyth's View is our largest detached cottage, sleeping 7 over two floors, and ideal for larger groups and family entertaining.
Two double rooms, one on the ground floor with separate shower and WC, the other upstairs with en-suite bath and WC, plus an upstairs triple-room. It has a large kitchen and dining space separate from the living room, and a bright conservatory leading out to the courtyard terrace.
A bright and airy single-level cottage that sleeps 4, with exclusive hot tub and a private enclosed garden, ideal for children and dogs.
All on the ground level, the cottage has one double bedroom with en-suite shower & WC, and a twin bedroom. There's a separate family bathroom, separate kitchen, and a large living room and dining space opening directly out to the private rear garden.
Airy, open plan cottage over 2 floors, sleeping 5 and can also be opened through to join Hogs Corner to sleep 9
Harvest Keep has two floors with one double bedroom (with en-suite shower and WC), one twin room and a single room. Downstairs has a family bathroom and large, airy, open plan living area ideal for entertaining.
A cosy barn conversion all on ground level, sleeping 4 and ideal for couples and families with small children.
Sleeps 4, or 9 when opened up to join Harvest Keep via a lockable connecting door.
Hogs has one double bedroom and a room with bunk beds. It has a wide-access family shower room and WC, and open plan living area with corner kitchen.

Set deep in the beautiful Suffolk countryside, Bucks Farm is a perfect base to explore this magnificent county. The farm is close to the pretty market town of Halesworth and within 30 minutes of the Suffolk coast including the popular seaside towns of Southwold, Thorpeness and Aldeburgh.
We have excellent facilities on the farm for you and your family to enjoy. Our indoor Swimming pool and gym are available all year round and there are many outdoor areas for safe play including the animal barn, large grassed area with football goal, trampoline, adventure playframe and our (farm style!) skittle alley.
For rainy days or quiet time, the indoor Games Room is well stocked with a variety of toys, books, games, DVDs and player and TV screen. If you’d like to experience a touch of farm life, we have sheep, two shetland ponies, pygmy goats, lots of chickens, rabbits and guinea pigs. We feed the animals and hunt for eggs (results not guaranteed !) most mornings, and you’re all very welcome!
